Processing time
Orders are processed and printed within 7 business days after purchase. This does NOT include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times
After dispatch, delivery times vary by location:
- Domestic: 3-7 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times depend on
the shipping carrier and customs clearance (for international orders).
International order & customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- Customs clearance can add 5-10 additional business days
- We cannot predict or cover customs costs
- Some countries may require additional documentation or inspection
Lost or delayed packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs
- If your package does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch, contact us
Package inspection
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If damaged during shipping,
document with photos and contact us immediately.
Change of address
We cannot change shipping addresses after order is placed. If you need to redirect the package, contact us immediately (we cannot guarantee the carrier will honor the request).
No shipping refunds
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the item.
Delivery signature
Some international orders may require a signature. Please ensure someone
is available to receive the package.
