Timeline for Reporting Issues
You must report defects or damage within 14 days of receiving your item. After 14 days, we cannot accept return claims.
For the fastest resolution, please report issues as soon as you receive your order. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@electe.net.
What Can Be Returned
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with printing errors, you are eligible for a return. This includes:
- Damaged or broken products due to manufacturing or shipping
- Print quality issues (color inconsistencies beyond normal tolerance, misprints)
- Wrong item shipped
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are non-returnable:
- Change of mind / Buyer's remorse – If you simply changed your mind about your purchase
- Incorrect size or color selection – Orders placed in the wrong size, color, or style at your discretion
- Unworn/unused items – Items in unworn condition purchased due to personal preference rather than defects
- Sale items – Products purchased at a discount
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods – Food, flowers, or plants
- Personal care items – Beauty products or items for hygiene reasons
- Hazardous materials – Flammable liquids, gases, or other dangerous goods
Quality Standards and Tolerances
Please be aware that minor differences may occur in our products due to the nature of our production process:
- Color variations – Screen colors may appear different from the final product due to screen calibration, monitor settings, and fabric/material variations
- Print placement – Minor variations in print placement are within acceptable tolerance
- Texture differences – Slight texture variations may occur in certain products
These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Contact us at hello@electe.net immediately upon receiving your order if you notice a defect or damage.
Step 2: Provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the defect/damage
- A detailed description of the issue
Our team will review your claim and notify you within 2-3 business days whether your return is approved.
Approved Returns
If your return is approved due to a valid quality issue:
Option 1: Replacement (Fastest)
We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. This is the quickest way to resolve the issue.
Option 2: Refund
If a replacement is not suitable or you prefer, we will issue a refund of the product cost only.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to order a different size, color, or item:
- Return your current item (if eligible for return due to defect)
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
